Hi and welcome to Casa de Angeles, the house of Angels. "A Little bit of Heaven" nestled in the Sonoran Desert that surrounds Tucson. A perfect place to unwind after a busy day of work or exploring Southern Arizona.
Wake up each morning to a wonderful breakfast prepared by the aspiring Chef Jim (and sometimes by the Head Chef - that's me!) and then be off for a day of sightseeing, hiking, shopping or just relaxing around the pool soaking up our beautiful sunshine.

Once again this year Chef Lauzier has returned for some one on one training with the wannabe Chef Jim. Karen already is a great chef - but loves to learn from the best. It has been a struggle for Jim, he started as a dishwasher, then moved up to prep cook, and then spent several years as assistant chef. Under Chef Lauzier's tutelage, Jim has finally become very good. Chef Lauzier's specialty is "Christian's Muffins". Here he is preparing a batch.
